Report: Giants part with WR Jones

The New Giants cut wide receiver James Jones on Saturday, according to NFL Media.
Jones caught 73 passes last year for the Oakland Raiders. The former Green Bay Packers standout reached the end zone 14 times in 2012. The Packers and the Carolina Panthers are among the teams who may have interest in picking him up.
