Manti Te’o Confirms Broken Foot; Unsure of Surgery
Manti Te’o couldn’t identify at what point during last week’s game against the Buffalo Bills he suffered his third foot injury in 13 months, nor does he have a specific timetable on when he will return to the field.
However, the San Diego Chargers’ inside linebacker confirmed that he suffered a fractured right foot — the same foot in which he suffered a fractured right bone in during August of his rookie season last year that forced him to miss the first three regular season games, and ultimately required offseason surgery to repair.
