Former NFL QB Grbac: Manziel Going in Right Direction

Elvis Grbac played eight seasons in the NFL. He grew up in Cleveland and still lives in the city, coaching high school football at Catholic school powerhouse St. Ignatius.Not surprisingly, he still follows the NFL and pays particular attention to his hometown team, the Cleveland Browns, and the rough first year of their first-round quarterback, Johnny Manziel. Even though Manziel barely played as a rookie, Grbac thinks there is progress being made.”It’s obviously a learning experience,” Grbac said during a break at the A4 passing camp at the University of Michigan last weekend. “I think he’s going in the right direction. He’s on the right path. I think it’ll be somewhat of a rude awakening the first couple games of the season and he will have to adjust.
