Jordy Nelson Returns to Practice Following Hip Surgery
Packers wide receiver Jordy Nelson said late last month that he didn’t have a timetable to return to practice after his offseason hip surgery while adding that he wasn’t worried about missing “anything that’s of importance” on the road to the regular season. Nelson’s instincts were proven correct this week as he got back onto the practice field for the first time since his surgery. Nelson worked with the team on Tuesday and did position drills during the portion of Wednesday’s practice open to the media before giving another update on where things stand.
