The Tennessee Titans will sign wide receiver Hakeem Nicks, according to a report Friday by FOX Sports.

Nicks, 27, will join a receiving corps led by Kendall Wright, Justin Hunter and new free-agent addition Harry Douglas.

Nicks, a first-round draft pick of the New York Giants in 2009, caught 311 passes for 4,622 yards and 27 touchdowns in five seasons with the Giants. After 1,000-yard receiving seasons in 2010 and 2011, foot and knee injuries slowed him in his final two seasons in New York.

He signed with the Indianapolis Colts last year and caught 38 passes for 405 yards and a touchdown as a role player in multiple-receiver packages.

Nicks had found a lukewarm market this offseason. He visited the San Francisco 49ers in March and met with the Titans on April 14.
